Thank you  for booking your tandem skydive with us.

Please take the time to read all the menu items below.

If you have any questions please refer to either the FAQ page on our web site, or the terms and conditions agreed between us at the time of booking (which include the cancellation and refund policies referred to in diagrammatic form on the contract timeline page).  

  • ARRIVAL TIMES

    You will need to arrive for 7.30am on Wednesdays, Weekends and bank holidays, or at 8.30am on other days.

    If you are running late for any reason please ensure that you phone and speak with the staff at the airfield on 01354 699 088 (Option 2), as arriving late could affect your chances of being able to take part. Jump orders are decided on a first come first served basis, within your category of parachutist, and we reserve the right to ask you to rearrange your date if your late arrival means us having to put up an extra flight.

    For the reasons explained in the Tandem Jump Times & Orders document on our web site please also prepare to stay with us for the whole day (I.e. until 8pm or dark, which comes first) as you have chosen to share the day with up to 85 people in a similar position and it can often take this long to get everyone jumped.

  • HOW TO PAY

    Please ensure each member of your group pays the remaining balance of their course fee at least 13 days prior to the date requested (as detailed in our booking terms) otherwise they could lose their space and booking deposit.

    Payments can either be made by;-

    1ONLINEPaying online by using the link in your booking confirmation email.
    2BANK TRANSFERMake a Bank transfer (allowing 2 days for verification) to our North London Skydiving Centre Ltd account (Sort Code 60-20-49 Account number 78060958) quoting the participants name and course date as the reference.

    GROUP BOOKINGS

    For group bookings please try to pay the total due as a lump sum rather than individual payments.

    As a reminder…

    Deposits cannot be re-assigned to other dates unless first agreed with us giving at least six weeks’ notice.
    If anyone drops out or is unable to pay, the remaining balance for the other participants to pay may increase in line with our group discount prices – which can be viewed here on our web site.
    Deposits may be transferred to a replacement participant should this happen, but if you have no other person to fill the place then deposits cannot be included in final calculations – which will be payable on the day if replacements have not been found.
  • FAILURE TO ATTEND
    You are currently reserving a place that could be given to another customer. If you fail to attend on the date booked therefore (other than for the reasons already identified in our terms and conditions) please be reminded that an additional £50 fee will be applied to your next booking date – as agreed in clause 30.

  • WHAT MEDICAL / UNDER 18 PARENTAL CONSENT FORMS DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
    Tracksuit bottoms, long sleeved sweatshirt, and a pair of laced-up trainers are ideal.
  • AIR TO AIR FILMING
    Please see the filming page on our website for details. Orders can be placed on the day as required. There is no need to pre-book.
  • 7000FT, 10,000FT & 15,000FT JUMPS
    Please be reminded that 7000ft, 10,000ft & 15,000ft jumps are available everyday we’re open – weather and other restrictions permitting. If you’ve booked a 7000ft jump for example, and would now like to go higher, just let us know on when you attend the airfield.  10,000ft jumps costs an extra £29 and 15,000ft jumps an extra £89.   Approximate freefall times are 10 seconds from 7000ft, 30 seconds from 10,000ft and 60 seconds from 15,000ft.
  • ACCOMMODATION
    If you wish to stay on-site the night before, camping on the airfield is free of charge with toilets and showers available on site. Tents should be set up around the periphery of the grassed car park area.
  • PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
    The price you’ve paid for your jump includes third party public liability insurance for £10,000,000 (which covers damage to other peoples’ property).

  • FINAL CHECK LIST BEFORE TRAVELLING
    1Please make sure you, as well as everyone else in your group, brings with them any medical forms / under 18 parental consent forms that may be needed, as failure to do so may prevent your jump from being able to take place. See the eligibility & forms page on our web site for details.

    Check for any last minute emails, text or phone messages we might have sent you (or your group leader) concerning the weather, or other factors that may affect your jump. If there are no messages it means we’re hopeful of jumping taking place and look forward to seeing you bright and early as planned.

    4If you require any of our additional services (I.e. filming, or a 15,000ft jump – if attending at a weekend) please ensure you bring with you the necessary extra funds. We can accept payment by cash or card.
